In order to improve your dental health care, it is important to use safe and effective products that can easily clean between teeth efficiently. One of the most commonly used tools for cleaning between teeth is dental floss. Dental floss can come in several different forms and is often used as a thread to dislodge debris and other food particles that may be stuck between teeth.

If you struggle with traditional dental floss, try using a water flosser instead. Water flossers use beams of water instead of thread. However, if you do decide to use traditional dental floss, make sure the thread is shred-resistant, so it will not tear when being used. Always be sure to floss at least once every day roughly 2-3 minutes per session. Furthermore, never use the same strand of floss for more than one session, as this can cause contamination. To avoid further contamination, always use a different section of your thread as needed. This means cleaning between each tooth with a different section of your thread.
